Kyrgyzstan in shades of brown – the harsh face of the Tien Shan
We want to show you as much as possible, so the trip plan is ambitious. However, if it turns out that we lack the strength or skills, we will adjust the plan to the conditions. We will see something else then, slow down so that it is not a race but a pleasure.
What to expect during the trip
Kyrgyzstan, located in Central Asia, is famous for its extraordinary landscapes. Kyrgyzstan is particularly picturesque and diverse in the fall season. Kyrgyz fall is a time when the leaves on the trees change color to shades of red, yellow, and brown, creating a beautiful contrast with the sky and mountains. An autumn trip to Kyrgyzstan is another suggestion on the list of trips for 2026. This is what we want to show you. Kyrgyzstan during the transition from summer to autumn, a time of incredible natural displays when the colors change from green to gold.

If you choose the above option, fuel costs will not apply to you. Everything else remains unchanged.
The price includes
- car rental with complete camping equipment (tents, gas stove, set of dishes, pots and cutlery, table and chairs)
- 2 nights' accommodation in Bishkek - first and last
- transfer from/to Bishkek airport
- cost of permits to enter border areas
- organization of the trip
- all guide costs (cars, fuel, food, and accommodation)
- Nomads' care as guides for the duration of the entire trip
- nomads4x4.eu T-shirts, gadgets
The price does not include
- airline tickets - cost approx. PLN 2500 - 3500 (price depends on the airport you are flying from)
- participant insurance - we recommend the Punkta insurance calculator
- accommodation in hotels and yurts approx. 15 EUR per person
- shopping at bazaars and supermarkets
- meals - lunch approx. 8 EUR
- fuel - approx. 300 EUR per car crew
- personal expenses
- refundable deposit for the car in the amount of 700 EUR per car

This is the perfect place for enthusiasts of 4×4 expeditions and adventures. The views are breathtaking, with mountain rivers and streams cutting through expanses of pastures where herds of horses, yaks, and sheep graze. On our 4×4 expedition, you will feel like a true nomad, sleeping in yurts. Endless brown meadows will be our home.

- soft sports bag instead of a plastic suitcase – luggage space is limited

What you will see
Bishkek
We will meet in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek. We will pick you up from the airport and get to know each other better. The next day, we will pick up the cars and set off on our adventure.
National Park – Ala Archa
Not far from the capital of Kyrgyzstan lies the Ala-Archa Valley (Ala Archa), a wonderful land located in the Kyrgyz Mountains, part of the heavenly Tien Shan. It is a true paradise for lovers of mountain hiking and beautiful landscapes.
Lake Issyk Kul
In Kyrgyz, Issyk-Kul means “warm lake,” and due to its salinity, the lake does not freeze. The reservoir is almost 112 miles long and 43 miles wide. It is surrounded on two sides by snow-capped peaks. The contrast between the turquoise water and the majestic mountains is breathtaking. It is the second largest mountain lake in the world (Titicaca takes first place on the podium).
