5. Reservations and contact

    • the booking form,
    • email or telephone contact,
    • a message sent via the contact form.
  2. Submitting the form does not automatically constitute a contract – it is only an expression of interest in participating.
  3. The administrator will contact the user to confirm availability, establish terms and conditions, and sign the relevant contract.

6. Payments

  1. In the case of paid trips, the payment terms, advance payment amount, and deadlines are communicated individually at the time of booking confirmation.
  2. Failure to pay the advance payment within the agreed deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  3. Refunds, changes to dates, and cancellations are governed by an individual participation agreement.

7. Liability

  1. The administrator is not liable for:
    • decisions made by the User based on the information contained on the website,
    • interruptions in the operation of the website,
    • damages resulting from the use of the website in a manner inconsistent with the law or the Terms and Conditions.
  2. Participation in the expedition is subject to the terms and conditions specified in the agreement between the Administrator and the participant.

8. Copyright

  1. The content published on the website (texts, photos, graphics, video materials) is protected by copyright.
  2. It is prohibited to copy, process, or use the content without the Administrator’s consent.
  3. The name Nomads4x4 and the graphic identification of the website are the property of the Administrator.
